1. Check In / Check Out

   • Check in begins at 14:00 hrs
   • Check out ends at 12:00 Noon

2. Reservation Policy

   • Room bookings subject to availability, we can accept reservation enquires through website or by email only.
   • All reservations must be guaranteed with full payment in advance.
   • Early check-In or late check-Out is subject to availability basis.
   • On arrival, just make sure you have your confirmation email.

3. Cancellation / No show Policy

   • For cancellations / amendment of your booking will be accepted within (5 days) prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a free cancellation charges.
   • No show or cancellations less than 72 hours before the arrival date shall be charged 100% on the total price of the reservation.

4. Corporates / MICE group

   • We provide you the best available rates and packages for the group bookings. Just email us at resrvations@summerbeachmaldives.com

Hotel Policy

• The above rates are quoted in USD per occupancy per night basis exclusive all taxes, 10% service charge, 12% Tourism goods and services tax (TGST)
• Green tax ( 3 USD per person per night ) will be charges additionally for tourists . (Business Visa, Locals & Work permit holders are excluded.
• The rates are valid for bookings made and confirmed by payment within the above validity period including the beginning and ending dates.
• The hotel will provide complementary round trip airport transfers from Male’ Velana International Airport to Hotel. Please note that guest is required to provide their flight details at least 24 hours prior to arrival by email.
• Any circumstances for any reason behind the control of Summer Beach Maldives, including but not limited to the following Acts of God, fire, floods, weather, war, rebellion, riots or civil commission, strikes or labour stoppages, accidents or mechanical failures, refusals, suspension or cancellation by any government authority of any licenses, permits or authoritarians which Summer Beach Maldives need to operate, and Summer Beach Maldives is unable to perform any or all of its obligations under this agreement, Summer Beach Maldives shall not have any Liability to the business.

Booking Condition

All payments are to made directly to Summer Beach Maldives prior to booking; booking are not guaranteed unless advance payment is settled; Acceptable modes of payments are directly by cash, guaranteed cheque, or credit/ debit cards. Credit payments are not allowed and all payments should be settled in advance.
